Sean Holmes and Justin Case are both waiting to see a doctor. Sean is having foot problems and Justin is there for a job interview. Sean mentions his foot problem and with Justin having experience with foot massage, he offers to take a look. After some questions and a bit of a foot massage, Justin figures that it’s Sean’s new dress shoes that may be causing the issues. He continues kneading and rubbing Sean’s size 11 feet though, soon pulling his black dress socks off and getting right down to work with his hot mouth and tongue. Sean ends up in bliss, of course, even going as far as to pull off his dress shirt and tie right there in the doctor’s waiting room. Very hot!
